Take I-45 South from Houston to Galveston. When I-45 ends in Galveston, it becomes Broadway/Hwy. 87. Follow Broadway through town, towards the water. Turn left onto Seawall Blvd. at the stoplight where Broadway ends at the water. A McDonald’s will be on your right. Continue left on Seawall Blvd., past the stoplight at Ferry Road. Go about 1/2 mile past Ferry Road to East Beach Drive. Turn right. The street sign is currently down, but there is a white “Beachtown” sign at the turn. Follow East Beach Drive around, approximately ½ mile, to Islander East condominiums, 415 East Beach. Islander East is the first complex you will see; it is a mid-rise. At the gate, buzz the front desk. Park in any space not marked “Homeowners.” Check in at the reception desk. Obtain your parking pass and hang on your rear view mirror.
